Revised VA Chesapeake Bay TMDL Action Plan Guidance Document Released!
In August of 2014 Virginia released their initial Chesapeake Bay TMDL Action Plan Guidance Document which provides guidance to localities which are required to put together their Action Plans for meeting the Chesapeake Bay TMDL reductions. VA DEQ revised the guidance document as a result of feedback they received from VA municipalities and others. The newly revised document is now available for download below.
