Nutrient Discharges from Grey Infrastructure

This report (2014, prepared by the Chesapeake Stormwater Network and the Center for Watershed Protection, establishes methods for assigning nutrient reduction credit when non-stormwater discharges from aging urban infrastructure are identified and eliminated. It defines eligible discharge types and provides a framework for quantifying reductions, helping communities integrate IDDE and wastewater management efforts into Chesapeake Bay TMDL implementation.
