Final CBP Approved Expert Panel Report on Stormwater Performance Standards (Long Version)

This report (revised January 2015), prepared by the Chesapeake Stormwater Network, establishes a framework for calculating pollutant removal rates based on runoff reduction and treatment achieved by development and redevelopment projects. It provides methods and adjustor curves to estimate sediment and nutrient reductions, while streamlining reporting and supporting consistent crediting across diverse state stormwater programs in the Chesapeake Bay watershed.
