Recommendations of the Expert Panel to Define BMP Effectiveness for Urban Tree Canopy Expansion

This report (2016), developed by the Chesapeake Bay Program Expert Panel, establishes methods for estimating pollutant reductions associated with urban tree planting as a stormwater BMP.
