Identification of High Risk Lawns for Water Quality: Guidance for Chesapeake Bay Communities

Developed by the Chesapeake Stormwater Network and the Center for Watershed Protection, this technical report (2015) provides guidance for Chesapeake Bay communities to identify and prioritize high-risk lawns that contribute disproportionately to nutrient runoff. It helps local governments, planners, and outreach programs target urban nutrient management practices and engagement efforts to areas where the greatest water quality benefits can be achieved.
